Rack came within a week. Everything was packaged nicely and assembly was easy. The only caveate, the site didn’t send me an email to confirm my order originally so I had to call to make sure it went through. But customer service was extremely helpful when I did call.

The delivery of my rack came within 3 days of ordering it, which I thought was very good. Everything in the package came as I had ordered. Assembly was rather complicated, but the instructions were fairly good and there was more information available with videos online. Only thing missing was instructions for how to assemble the locks into the cover, but again the internet solved that problem.

Great product arrived with minor damage , reported it within 20 hours to Cody on 01/27/21 who sent me to Alex (same day). NO follow up from the organization as of 05/01/2021 - still waiting for Alex or Cody to respond with the minor repair information. Alex stated that he would ask his Manager and get back in touch right away. WILL CHANGE MY RATING TO GREAT AS SOON AS I HEAR FROM ALEX. Cheers Stephen REVISION: I AM NOT CHANGING MY REVIEW AS THE 20% DISCOUNT ALEX PROMISED HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED AS OF 05/11/21. Credit was completed last PM , product is still damaged but I can repair it , good response if you stay on top of them!

You lost a star because you only sent me 1 lock set, when I had purchased 2.... so I had to drive to the shop to get the second one. (the person at the shop was super helpful and very nice... and had a great head of hair!)

Just used the rack to carry our 50 plus pound e bikes for the first time today. A really good experience. The carton arrive brused and battered, so if we’re something other than a product built to withstand rugged use, I would have been really concerned. My first thought was that it was a return, but the hardware was sealed tight, and there were no signs of previous use. So it must be your shipper. But your website and customer service is really good.

I received a thule rack that was missing a part so was unusable. I told customer service about that issue and it took a while to receive a clear answer regarding the next step. I was not that pleased with thule quality neither. In the end I asked if it would be possible to change brand and customer service call me right away to propose to send me a different rack, a Yakima, which was a good thing since I feel that rack is much more efficient and of better quality compare to thule. I was finally really happy with my purchase AND company’s customer service.

only received half of my order with no explanation. called them and supposed to do a followup but no news. after my review, they did an amazing followup and rest of my stock is on the way.
