“* Rack Attack has reached out to me and the situation was resolved. Bumped from 3 to 4 stars. The follow up service was good in the end despite the initial inconvenience. I ordered two racks, a front loader bike rack and a kayak rack (that got split into two separate orders). Both links had suggestions (check boxes) to buy two Yakima lock cores (4 total), so I did. On delivery I learned that the kayak rack is not even lockable (though it even says that in the description). I used the online chat to express my frustration and after a slight delay I was sent a return shipping label, which I still have to get to the store to send (also a hassle). The check box to add locks has been removed, but it still says lockable in the description. I have bought many accessories from you and this is the most trouble I have had, but it was just frustrating and annoying.”

“I had a hard time getting these parts and was pleased that you had them. I got exactly what I wanted, they came promptly to my door. Communication over the phone was difficult, I had to correct the person regularly, I didn't get the receipt/invoice or tracking information because they had my email wrong, once it was corrected I still not get the tracking information. Had to call three times to verify that I actually did this on line purchase with a legit company, I had some worries about that. Eventually everything was worked out and yes I got the parts I needed. No issues with the product.”

“Every went smoothly. From ordering to delivery. In hind sight I would not order the tower locks as they don't appear to be sturdy and only 3 of 4 seat in place. Update: Rack Attack gladly offered to refund my tower lock purchase. Thank-you and I'm very pleased with the product and service.”

“Really fast shipping with quality products would recommend, only thing id say I wish the packaging was better they just wrapped the Thule boxes together with clean wrap and the boxes came a bit damaged would like to see them put in another boxe for better protect considering my order was just under 900$, but other than that thumbs up”

“Like the Saris freedom 2 rack. Easy to assemble and use. Less complex than competitors solutions. The only issue I had was some shipping damage to one of the wheel scoops. The issue was addressed very quickly by the Rack Attack customer service where I had a replacement part within 3 days. Good product backed by excellent support. Thanks”

“I got Rack Attack to install my Prinsu rack to my Toyota Rav4. They did an excellent job given the resources they had. I will say that some of my headliner and plastic interior has come loose, so I'm unsure if they put some things back properly. Besides that, I'm generally happy with the service. Thanks.”

“Parts ordered did not fit on my older Thule bars as was expected by our chats. I now have to buy a bar to fit the parts. Should have bought an entirely new ski carrier. Did not have a carrier for ski trip and had to transport inside my car.”

“Very fast shipping and customer service. Had a few issues but resolved without too much issue—I initially received an incorrect part but had the right one within 30 hours. Only real issue was one of my cross bars was bent on the end and I had to pry it back into shape to get the end caps on.”

“Happy with purchase & solution for my van conversion solar rack. Quick delivery. The original salesperson from Chicago I called left me hanging for a week , which kinda sucked, then I called back with some guy from Minnesota that helped which was great.”
