“Happy with their service. Professional with fast communication. Purchases arrived well before I expected. Dealt with their online and Mississauga stores. Their YouTube videos and install pictures helped me with my rack choice and after with assembly tips. Prices were on par with competitors.”

“The online wizard recommended the wrong crossbars for my car and I had to go through some hoops but I was eventually matched up with the correct ones. Once that was figured out, customer support and staff were great. I went to the store and they exchanged the ones that were delivered for the correct ones.”

“Rack Attack was Quite good. Good website, rapid processing, and on time delivery. The Yakima rack is a different story. The bars are fine, but the towers are poorly designed and engineered relative to past Yakima racks I’ve owned. Cheap plastic covers that are difficult to remove and replace. Poorly engineered clamps that fall off when installing. Once installed, things are fine but install and removal are not good.”

“The Yakima rack I originally bought was supposed to be compatable with a slotted tonneau cover, however, the part to adapt the application is not available. The websight sould be more specific. Good service otherwise. Not your fault but Yakimas.”

“Great website and experience ordering and shipping but..... I did use a corporate card and for some reason there was a problem, i did verify all the information on my card was correct. It took me 5 phone calls, leaving messages each time. I ended up calling the Portland office and after 3 days someone returned my call to give me a finally gave me another number is Colorado to call. after leaving two messages there and waiting another 2-3 days someone called to get another card. After spending so much time getting an order, i was surprised that they weren't too helpful in trying to keep them”
