I submitted a support question (and left VMs at a couple local stores) but the email reply wasn’t very helpful re: clarifying the minefield that is dynamic weight limits vs. standard practice (it’s like MadMax out there—everyone is putting everything on top of every kind of vehicle it seems). I would have loved some more advice. I realize it’s probably a liability thing but I would have loved some back up—or a quick call to ease my fears, a RTT rig is expensive and scary for a first timer.
