It would have been a 5 BUT they knowingly send only 1/2 of the installation manual. At least 'Levi at the kelowna rack attack' helped me out with the locks, but that shouldnt have been necessary if thule's instructions wouldve been complete.
I did have to go to 'over the top' for service above and beyond though!
