Rack Attack has great customer service and they are quick to answer questions and ship products. Prices were very competitive too. However, I was shipped the wrong rack at first. RA quickly contacted me to rectify, sent UPS label for return, and advised me that correct rack was going to be sent out and UPS would pick up wrong rack. That was over a week ago - the new rack hasn't showed and UPS has not yet picked up the old rack.
