Rack Attack was easy to work with and have a great selection. The only negative was their ability to advisee on the best bike rack for MY car. The one I bought needed a hitch and my car scrapes bottom with them on. I should have been warned about the appropriateness of the rack for my specific car model so I could have made a better choice.
