Hi folks, I'm super happy with the rocky Mounts rack, and the support I got when I called your Vancouver store. Phone support to the online order was also really good, when I called to find out how much longer I had to wait. Segue to the only critical point, delivery time. It took about 6-7 weeks to get the rack to me. Would have liked occasional updates to let me know I hadn't been forgotten. Otherwise, great experience all around!
