“I had a them install 2 Thule Hullavators on my 2019 Rogue. They took the stock Nissan racks off which proved to be an issue as some of the bolts were ceased. They installed the new Thule cross rails after we tried several models to meet my wishes. To be honest I was somewhat picky about the final install. Manny and Seth were great throughout the process. They wanted to be sure I was 100% satisfied. Great job guys. I would absolutely recommend Rack Attack for your rack needs.”

“I ordered a Rocky Mount Backstage bike rack from Rack Attack. It arrived in 4 days, well packaged. The box was banged up during shipping, but the rack inside was spotless. I paid $150 less than I was able to find at other sites and there was an even bigger delta to what my local rack shop was charging. I'd definitely give them fist shot at getting by business next time I'm in the market.”

“So, so glad I found this KOP Rack Attack! Was hoping to get some part and service support for an older roof rack, and I definitely came to the right place. Malachi was pleasant and helpful, going out of his way to help me diagnose and repair some issues to get my rack back up and operational. He provided tools and advice, as well as a new lock system at basically no charge. Thanks to his fantastic customer service, I was able to use a rack I thought was a “goner” to move my son off to college with ease. It is becoming rare to find such excellent customer service anywhere these days. There is no question I will be back to Rack Attack when I need new products, and I will be sure to recommend the same to all my friends. Thanks!!”

“For many years I have bought all my bike racks from Rack Attack. Before I took delivery of my 2015 BMW X5, in 2015, Rack Attack informed they could not install a trailer hitch to carry a Thule rack without cutting a hole in the bumper, obviously not something I wanted to do. So I reluctantly bought BMW's proprietary rack. Today a necessary piece fell off and I could not get back on. At the Toronto store Tate took his time to reinstall the piece. He patiently tried several tools until he make it happen. Although I did not buy the rack from Rack Attack, he refused to charge me for the repair. So thanks Tate and Rack Attack for exceptional skill and service.”

“Upon placing my order, a RackAttack rep reached out to say the item was discontinued. This gave me an opportunity to order another unit and not miss my trip departure deadline. Curt unit is good and does not make any road noise. Seems well build although when it arrived, it was a little banged up. Had to trim some screws to make it work better. Theres tons of space for stickers too!”

“Our Yakima roof box had a broken lock and the people at Rack Attack were fantastic. They took great care of us, fixing the lock, taking the box on and off and helping get it better placed on our roof racks. Michael, Zach and Jacob were especially helpful. For sure use these guys.”
