“You guys were great! I purchased and Thule rack kit for my 2023 Metis, and the kit came complete with everything I needed. I also referred to your video on the installation and got the answers I was looking for.”

“You guys were great no issues with you at all. The manufacturer's product on the other hand was not good. After unboxing I noticed there were several dents on the tubing. When I tried to assemble the basket the tubing did not line up correctly I had to use a self-tapping screw to hold the basket together because one of the existing screw holes did not line up correctly. I also noticed the back basket tubing was crooked. For the amount of money that I paid for it, I should have received a better quality product. My advice for potential buyers is to stay away from Yakima.”

“Quick shipment of needed items. Everything arrived in great condition. I decided not to use one of the add-on elements so I called Rack Attack. They were fabulous about me returning the part at their expense and made it easy for me to use Fedex shipper rather than their usual UPS for return. Super good service.”

“It was easier to find the relevant information about specific Thule product and videos at the Rack Attack site then on the Thule site. Shipping was fast. Great experience. Also I have managed to find at Rack Attack the Aeroblade end-cap that fell off my cross-bar. Great to have the local store that handles all we need for our roof-rack system”
