“I drove into rack attack Coquitlam no appt. My racks and hullavator base had snagged on a garage gate…and they needed to be removed for vehicle safety. Staff very helpful and no charge…….done right away…thank you!!”

“Ridgeline tonneau cover was ordered Monday, shipped Wednesday and installed Thursday afternoon; how's that for great customer service. I really appreciate the personal touch from Antonio, the Ecomm Specialist at Denver. He personally emailed me to say that my product was on the way, then sent the shipping information, and followed up when it arrived. In the day of online ordering, personal touches go a long way, and Antonio is an absolute all-star. Because of his service, Rack Attack has a customer for life.”

“I stopped by Rack Attack after visiting two other rack shops in search of parts for my older Yakima Rack. While impressed with the new offerings on display in their showroom, what truly struck me was their knowledge of older racks and their willingness to help. Luke took the time to understand what I needed and found the parts in their inventory. While this was not a major purchase, I am quite sure I will be back when it's time for a new rack. Great customer service!”

“I went to the store to inquire about bike racks with built in lighting.... I was hesistant to drop 2k on a new rack as the rack I had (Kuat NV Base 2.0) was less than 2 years old and an excellent rack. The issue is I now have an e-bike and these bikes need to be protected from the elements when travelling at highway speeds.... Seaching for a durable bike cover that doesn't block both the license plate and back lights is next to impossible. He came out to my car and looked at the KUAT rack on my suv and was very patient with me and once I told him my concerns and my reluctance to buy a new Thule rack (even though I had put the KUAT rack up for sale alrady on Kijiji and FB and had interested buyers) he searched on the internet and found a company out of California, KODY, that makes add-on light kits for many different bike racks. Low and behold , there was a kit made specifically for my Kuat. Ziggys in Kitchener where I bought all my bikes didn't know about this company at all which kind of pisses me off. I will order the harness from Rack Attack now and have them install the harness and lighting kit on my KUAT. I am so happy I went into Rack Attack Kitchener. This is what exemplary customer service looks like!”

“I have used Rack Attack for all my vehicles. They just installed a Stealth Hitch on my Tesla Model Y. They are always professional, helpful, and treat my vehicles with care. I have had hitches done on 4 vehicles and I have always been satisfied. Highly recommended!”

“I had some questions about products that would fit our car and re-use some older cross bars we already had. RackAttack was easy to message and provided several options, answering all my questions.
