“I cannot say enough good things about Rack attack DC. Jay is super helpful and they installed my roof top tent very quickly, within 2 days I had an appointment and the tent was installed on my car. Very thankful for this amazing service, thank you Jay and team!”

“I'm very impressed with the service I got from Rack Attack. I had a unique installation, mostly because of suppliers having a shortage of materials nationwide (I confirmed this with other vendors.) Rack Attack put together a great combination of products that I was able to install myself, with only a little help from available YouTube videos. I love the way my assembly looks and feels (really solid).”

“Rack attack is just a stand out company. Have bought multiple products from them including roof boxes, bike carriers etc over 5 years and they go out of their way to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This time I booked a hitch install on a 2024 subaru- they were the ones to make sure I called Subaru to ensure it would not break any warranty issues. Unfortunately Subaru said it would - had to cancel the install last minute- full refund without a problem. Just a outstanding location and company.”

“I lost the key to my cargo box and needed a replacement. Matt helped me through the whole process and was able to identify the key required and ordered replacements. I have never had anything but a good experience at Rack Attack in Framingham. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They listen and always have good answers. They carry nothing but top of the line merchandise and are happy to help design the right solution for you.”

“I lost the bolt that attaches my bike rack, purchased several years ago from Rack Attack, to the hitch on my car. I was so pleased with the efforts that the staff member to find what I needed, fortunately found in the back of the shop, because it was not possible to order the part that I needed. Excellent service!”

“Wow I am just mind blown on how amazing this company is. My name is Donald Batchelor and I have been a customer service consultant for multi billion dollar corporations for years, and it’s extremely rare to find that diamond in the ruff. But this company by far exceeds all expectations. Not only is the customer service and the quality of products and installation five stars. But the integrity of this company is mind blowing. I had already ordered my stuff, already gave them the credit card number and agreed to pay a specific amount. They call me about two hours later telling me how they are running a Memorial Day special and that they want to give me an additional $200 dollars off my previous order. Like who does that. They could have not said anything and just went with it. I was already happy and excited for my new rack and kayak accessories. But no they had to go above and beyond to make this customer ever more happier. I genuinely am a loyal customer for life now and all my cars are only going to have accessories installed by rack attack.”

“I had a roof rack, trailer hitch, and ski rack installed on my 2024 Mazda CX90. The experience was great especially Zach who took the extra effort. The default for the wiring came out of the trunk, not underneath the car. He was nice enough to bring me back in and do some custom stuff to get it clean and tucked where it should go. Excellent experience will definitely go there for any of my rack needs. Thanks”

“Had a great and not so great experience with Rack Attack at their Halsey location in Portland. The not so good was that they damaged my truck while backing it into the building requiring me to take it a body shop for repairs. That said the team responded with nothing but pure professionalism (Matt and Nathan). They waived the charge for the install of my tonneau cover, worked directly with my body shop of choice, doubled the warranty coverage on my cover and secured a rental car for two days, all without me having to spend any money out of my pocket. Start to finish my truck was repaired in just over a week. I would highly recommend Rack Attack and I will be visiting them for any future accessory needs.”

“Great Experience with Rack Attack! Ordered a Rhino-Rack Vortex Bar kit for my 2017 Honda Civic. Wanted to carry some kayaks. Instructions where clear and easy to follow! They also sent fitment instructions/measurements for my specific car. Racks are sturdy and I trust them to haul! Ill attach some photos with this review. 10/10 Would and will recommend this site to others!”
