“I can’t remember the last time I received such phenomenal service from anyone like I did recently with Cory from the NW Calgary location. The issue was a faulty lock on our Thule ski box. Several people had tried to fix it but to no avail. Cory had the solution and had a new lock installed so quickly. It’s that kind of service that makes people, like me, a lifetime customer of Rack Attack!”

“I am Brigitte, I live in Québec. Purchased a RockyMount Backstage Swignaway bike rack and got into an issu with the pin in the elbow of the swignaway part. I wrote a claim directly to the company based in the USA. They replied that I had to go trough the store that sold it to me. I have been in touch with Layton, 23 times, he was very keen on getting me the replacement part, wich he did, and sent it fast free of charge! I had a very nice experience buying and getting service from Rackattack”

“All my questions were answered! And the delivery was on time! Both were very important because I was purchasing just the Thule kit to install my Jetta Thule Rack in my new Mitsubishi, and I had doubts regarding what was needed. And I saved money on the delivery because they were shipped from Florida. Excellent support!”

“I ordered this rack from another company first, based on a personal recommendation. They took my order and charged my card, but never delivered after three weeks! Cancelled that one and ordered from Rack Attack by phone to ensure it was in stock. Great customer service on the order phone. It was shipped the same afternoon and arrived the next business day. Astounding. Highly recommended!”

“Stopped in to see Sam today for removal of an existing Thule rack (cross bars & feet/podium) on my Land Rover. Sam went out to the truck, he had it off in 10 minutes and disassembled into its constituent parts. Sam also took the time to show me how the parts connect together. No charge for his time and expertise. I'll be back with my new truck and highly recommend.”

“We had a great experience working with Rack Attack in South Portland, Maine. They're were recommended by the dealer that sold us our new pickup truck. We really like the look and function of the rack and cover Rack Attack installed on our new pickup. I mostly interacted with Adam who was friendly, helpful and attentive. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.”
