Contacted tech support. After numerous discussions/ pics to find the right Thule base for existing racks/ accessories. They still sent the wrong item; fixed point instead of floating foot packs. I incurred delivery charges but didn't receive the item I needed.

While they have a nice variety of racks to sell you, they unfortunately are not interested in helping at all with installing them. No guidance; refused when asked. We were told to find videos online. Maybe they don't know the products very well afterall. I could buy online for less. In todays day and age its customer service that sets companies apart. Perhaps they don't realize that.

Ordering my Yakima HD adjustable ladder rack online the website failed to tell me the horizontal cross bars I NEED to mount my ladders onto it were not included Once I can order those I'll be able to install it and see how well it works- in the meantime the uprights are sitting in my office un-used

I appreciate the service but if you say in the ordering process that your agent will check to make sure my order fits my vehicle, and then you don't check and send the wrong item, a customer can end up wasting a lot of time.

1) Box was damaged on delivery. 2) No confirmation that my product was registered with manufacturer. 3) Was not able to find the application recommended in the manual.

It was a very mixed experience this time, but mainly due to the delivery mechanism that suggested I could change things but it turned out to be just the location and we had to reorganize our day. They promised it between 11:15 and 3:15 (I found out later that I didn't need to be home but with something costing $600+ I prefer to be home) and the final insult was it arrived at about 6:15! The rack is great as always, indeed an improvement (I have bought a fair number of racks over the years) but the delivery was frustrating and irritating.

2*.... The rack was easy to assemble but when it comes to loading, it is a bit of a challenge . we had chosen this model because it was rated 2X 30KG. which was fine for weight. The issue I have is clamping the centre bar because they are step in bikes It is difficult to decide how to tie down bikes using the clamp. as a cup or as a clamp. Will try again. but it is not easy.

I called RackAttack to verify that the rack would fit my vehicle prior to purchase, and was assured that it would. It turns out that the rack does not, and I had to make permanent personal modifications to my vehicle to get the rack to fit. Customer service did offer me a full refund, but I was very disappointed to spend several hours of setup and install, and then on the phone before I was informed that my model truck was not supported.

Hi there! Ordered cargo bag at Coquitlam branch a month ago. Two weeks after I ordered went in to collect. They said it will take about a week...maybe 2. Not arrived. And no updates from store diring this 2 week wait time. Then: there was ZERO interest by person behind desk to a) find out where my order is b) giving me info about my options if Cargo bag does not arrive in time for our camp trip (1 month from first order date). It was 10 minutes of hell to try and respectfully engage him on proper customer service. He sucked BIG time. Went to your online store...and guess what..the online assistant that popped up could within 3 minutes tell me exactly the info I needed. Confirming it is in stock, and that if I order online it will be delivered in a week. Which it did. happen. The store person could have manned up surely? So here is my lesson. Never ever go back to Coquitlam branch for anything and I shall actively discourage others from doing so. Maybe train the store people to go online to speak yo the online assistant...you know..to just find out how to do their job?

The Staff At The Downtown Portland Store Were Rude And Condescending, Doing NOTHING But Standing Around Talking Yet Could Not Be Bothered To Actually Wait On Customers. Then Acted Offended If They Had Time To Actually Install The Rack I Had Purchased...
