Hi there! Ordered cargo bag at Coquitlam branch a month ago. Two weeks after I ordered went in to collect. They said it will take about a week...maybe 2. Not arrived. And no updates from store diring this 2 week wait time. Then: there was ZERO interest by person behind desk to a) find out where my order is b) giving me info about my options if Cargo bag does not arrive in time for our camp trip (1 month from first order date). It was 10 minutes of hell to try and respectfully engage him on proper customer service. He sucked BIG time.
Went to your online store...and guess what..the online assistant that popped up could within 3 minutes tell me exactly the info I needed. Confirming it is in stock, and that if I order online it will be delivered in a week. Which it did. happen. The store person could have manned up surely?
So here is my lesson. Never ever go back to Coquitlam branch for anything and I shall actively discourage others from doing so.
Maybe train the store people to go online to speak yo the online assistant...you know..to just find out how to do their job?
