It was a very mixed experience this time, but mainly due to the delivery mechanism that suggested I could change things but it turned out to be just the location and we had to reorganize our day. They promised it between 11:15 and 3:15 (I found out later that I didn't need to be home but with something costing $600+ I prefer to be home) and the final insult was it arrived at about 6:15!
The rack is great as always, indeed an improvement (I have bought a fair number of racks over the years) but the delivery was frustrating and irritating.
