“I found it kind of confusing to find the right rack that would fit my specific car, but once I spoke to the live agent it went better. Shipping was fast but I got sent the wrong color crossbars, so now I am waiting for my new ones to come and I need to send my old ones back, which is a bit of an inconvenience.”

“This is the 2nd time I ordered this rack and have had a issue.. Last month I ordered black rack and you guys sent me the aluminum color one instead and I sent it back.. This time I got the black powdered coat rack, but it came with missing parts.. I’m still waiting for parts..”

“Not entirely please with the product considering the price point. Attached front rack and tower no problem, but for one of the rear towers, the circle adaptor that latches the bar to the tower is defective, cannot be tightened enough to secure bar in place without moving. Suspect manufacturing defect. Will need to come to store in person to have it looked at/changed.”

“so.. ordered 3 items - all listed as available and in stock on the web at the time of order. The Next day or so - told only 2 of the three items were available and in stock and would ship to me - then the the following day or so - told only one of the three items were available and in stock and the other two were back ordered and not sure when they would be available. So for this review, you guys assess the honesty of it all.”

“The shipping cost on my small order was almost the cost of the item itself but I paid it to get it done. When the item finally arrived the post office wouldn't deliver it without my paying the shipping cost AGAIN. Apparently it had been packaged wrong. I refused it. When I called to get this resolved I was told I'd have to call the store that the online site had ordered it from, etc. etc. What a waste of my time. Eventually I convinced the guy to just refund my $$.”
