I found it kind of confusing to find the right rack that would fit my specific car, but once I spoke to the live agent it went better. Shipping was fast but I got sent the wrong color crossbars, so now I am waiting for my new ones to come and I need to send my old ones back, which is a bit of an inconvenience.
