in store got good service but didn't have everything I needed so ordered online. Issue with my order as not all the parts came with the order (missing one box). Was fix reasonably quickly but was still a hassle.

Staff said the $750 purchase of multiple products would work. They didn’t. I would have had to take a box cutter to cut into the roof. So I returned the products. And now over 3 weeks and only a partial refund has been issued despite multiple follow ups.

Not impressed overall, won't make business with them again. The good: large inventory and fast service. The bad: it took Rack Attack a week to contact the brand of the first product I was trying to buy, and then the product was backordered. Advice about common products is often irrelevant or just wrong. There were mistakes in the last estimate I received, so I ignored it and placed my order online based on my own research and direct contacts with the brands, which were more responsive and knew their products better. After my order, I didn't receive a tracking number until I requested it. Of course, UPS is now one week late, and still bullshitting that I was not home and will come the next day, even if I was and they don't come the next day, as usual. Rack Attack hired UPS; you're responsible for it. I will probably order from Amazon or directly from Thule or Yakima next time. Sorry, I always try to support Canadian businesses, but you lost me as a customer by your own fault. If I know more about a product than the staff and I can buy the product directly from the brand, you're in trouble as a retailer.

I ordered this rack from another company first, based on a personal recommendation. They took my order and charged my card, but never delivered after three weeks! Cancelled that one and ordered from Rack Attack by phone to ensure it was in stock. Great customer service on the order phone. It was shipped the same afternoon and arrived the next business day. Astounding. Highly recommended!

My purchase has been a dismal experience. After waiting 6 weeks for the rack I discovered that parts are missing. Neither Rack Attack or Rocky Mount are able to help me. The bolts are not available in the hardware store. Rocky Mount does not return my calls or emails. Rack Attack is unwilling to take the bolts out of another rack to make mine work. It is going to have to go back. I'm sad, I really wanted this rack, but now I gear warranty service doesn't exist.

Stopped in to see Sam today for removal of an existing Thule rack (cross bars & feet/podium) on my Land Rover. Sam went out to the truck, he had it off in 10 minutes and disassembled into its constituent parts. Sam also took the time to show me how the parts connect together. No charge for his time and expertise. I'll be back with my new truck and highly recommend.

We placed an order for a tonneau cover for our truck back in March and have had nothing but issues since. The first few covers we received were damaged, and the most recent one was installed already damaged by Rack Attack themselves — which they acknowledged. They promised to replace it, but five months later, we still don’t have a proper, non-faulty cover. We paid $3,500 for this product, and what we got was a defective cover and zero follow-through. Every time I call, there’s a new excuse about paperwork or delays, but I’ve never received a proactive update or follow-up unless I chase them down myself. It feels like they’re hoping the issue will just go away if they ignore it long enough. The customer service has been truly disappointing — unaccountable, not proactive, and lacking any real urgency or responsibility. I’ve also since heard that other customers have had similar experiences with this store, which unfortunately doesn’t surprise me anymore. I would highly recommend avoiding this location if you value your time, your money, and decent customer service. It’s been an incredibly frustrating experience, and nothing has been done to make it right.
