“Ordered a hitch and wiring system with installation and let's just say if something could go wrong ,it did. However, the entire team at the Laird store did everything right. They expedited the delivery, they corrected the errors and they hung in, stayed late and opened early to get it right. Can not say enough good things about these guys. They just do it right. Thanks.”

“Needed a hitch bike rack on pretty short notice and Rack Attack was super responsive and shipped my rack quickly so that I got it before I left for my trip. Great customer service, shipping, and very happy with my new Rocky Mounts MonoRail.”

“I made an online order and found the website to be very intuitive. The website allows you to enter your vehicle information which ensures that the products you choose are compatible with your vehicle. Once I had my products selected, I was able to quickly receive a quote. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Justin and Max contacted me to ensure that everything with the quote was accurate and after a couple of adjustments , we were able to get the order processing. The shipping was also quite reasonable and overall I would highly recommend considering Rack Attack for your vehicle accessory needs!”

“I had a them install 2 Thule Hullavators on my 2019 Rogue. They took the stock Nissan racks off which proved to be an issue as some of the bolts were ceased. They installed the new Thule cross rails after we tried several models to meet my wishes. To be honest I was somewhat picky about the final install. Manny and Seth were great throughout the process. They wanted to be sure I was 100% satisfied. Great job guys. I would absolutely recommend Rack Attack for your rack needs.”

“I ordered a Rocky Mount Backstage bike rack from Rack Attack. It arrived in 4 days, well packaged. The box was banged up during shipping, but the rack inside was spotless. I paid $150 less than I was able to find at other sites and there was an even bigger delta to what my local rack shop was charging. I'd definitely give them fist shot at getting by business next time I'm in the market.”

“So, so glad I found this KOP Rack Attack! Was hoping to get some part and service support for an older roof rack, and I definitely came to the right place. Malachi was pleasant and helpful, going out of his way to help me diagnose and repair some issues to get my rack back up and operational. He provided tools and advice, as well as a new lock system at basically no charge. Thanks to his fantastic customer service, I was able to use a rack I thought was a “goner” to move my son off to college with ease. It is becoming rare to find such excellent customer service anywhere these days. There is no question I will be back to Rack Attack when I need new products, and I will be sure to recommend the same to all my friends. Thanks!!”

“Terrible experience so far. The order was missing the torque key. And after more than 10 days trying to get that part someone at their "help center" told me to go to home depot and buy the missing key. I paid full price so I expect a complete product, not someone to tell me to go buy it somewhere else”

“I was quoted a month out on a rack for my Tacoma from a local bike shop. I called rack attack and my parts showed up in 2 days. I will recommend them to everyone. Great customer service.”
