“I purchased my Hitch, Kuat Piston Bike Rack and Hitch Mount Adapter from the Guys in San Francisco location. I was very happy with the customer service, knowledge and friendly service they gave me. They gave me an introduction on the way to load and unload the bike at their shop. If you have fenders on your bike you may need to make some adjustments on your fender or remove them all together. Rack Attack will be my go to place on all things Bike rack needs. Tx...”

“Rack Attack Boise is awesome! ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ They listened to our goals and installed a RetraxPro XR bed cover, a Yakima Overhaul HD/MOLLE rack, and Jay Low kayak mounts on our 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road. “Rack Attack Rocks! While packing for a BWCA trip I learned my rack was stuck. I showed up at Rack Attack and they quickly diagnosed the problem and jumped into action. A few minutes later it was fixed and was on my way! Thank you!!”

“Incompetent and unprofessional. I placed an order 5 weeks ago. I received no comfirmation, no shipping info. No one answers the customer support line and no one retrns phone calls. And then they have the gall to carge my credit card for a product that has not shipped. Dealing with Rack attack is a nightmare, Buyer beware.”

“I have had nothing but great experiences using Rack Attack in south Calgary. Mike was extremely helpful and went beyond in ensuring that my racks were installed properly in a timely manner. Amazing efforts by him as one of the racks was not an easy install. Responsive and capable, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this location and Mike to make your install happen.”

“Extremely disappointed with the service at Kitchener location. Ordered a hitch that was promised in a few days, but after two weeks and zero communication, it still hadn't arrived. I had to go into the store twice just to get info. On the first visit, I was promised a follow-up call within two days—which never happened. On the second visit a week later, I cancelled the order. Management seems non-existent, and the invoice they gave me was incredibly unprofessional (lowercase first name, and just phone number). I wouldn't trust them with my car after this experience.”

“I bought my first ebike rack. And it didnt work out at all. Straps were too short and the claws couldn't reach or attach.but I lost the receipt and threw away the box. I went back. And they were so helpful. Not only did they replace it with a rack that fits my bikes better, but installed it and showed me some details I needed to know. Great product. Amazing service. Definitely itely will.go back again. Thanks so much.”

“RackAttack Ottawa went well beyond the service I had expected. Wes was extremely patient explaining how the Hullivator worked, what types of racks were needed, etc. The quote was printed and clearly explained, my follow up phone calls were answered quickly and completely. “Great customer service to go with a quality bike rack. We selected the brake light with license plate holder. Service team insisted on unpacking the rack and testing the connections and lights to save us the hassle of a return trip to the shop. We are very pleased with the bike Epos 2bike rack. Our e-bikes weigh 60 lbs each and the rack holds them solidly. Attached photo of our rack installed.”

“Vacationing from the east coast, we had an accident damaging our Thule 3-bike UpRide system on our truck. We stopped by Rack Attack on Thursday late afternoon and were assisted by Andrew. After examining the condition of our system, it was agreed that our system was a total wreck. Andrew was able to put together a new system from their inventory, installing it the next morning. We were grateful to resume our vacation. Very pleased with the service and the new equipment. Thank you Andrew!”
