“Great customer service to go with a quality bike rack. We selected the brake light with license plate holder. Service team insisted on unpacking the rack and testing the connections and lights to save us the hassle of a return trip to the shop. We are very pleased with the bike Epos 2bike rack. Our e-bikes weigh 60 lbs each and the rack holds them solidly. Attached photo of our rack installed.”

“Vacationing from the east coast, we had an accident damaging our Thule 3-bike UpRide system on our truck. We stopped by Rack Attack on Thursday late afternoon and were assisted by Andrew. After examining the condition of our system, it was agreed that our system was a total wreck. Andrew was able to put together a new system from their inventory, installing it the next morning. We were grateful to resume our vacation. Very pleased with the service and the new equipment. Thank you Andrew!”

“The product seems to be of good quality. A couple of parts were missing, but they were not needed for my vehicle. It was difficult to get in touch with Rack Attack staff. When I finally did manage to connect with a staff member who could answer my questions, the conversation was reasonably helpful. However, an installation video that I was promised never arrived. I suspect that the reason may have been that the staff member tried texting the video to the number I was calling from—which was a land line, so obviously this would not work. Staff members should confirm that their intended recipients are using a cellphone before texting—many of us who live in rural areas use our land lines for such calls, since the cell signal is unreliable and calls are sometimes dropped.”

“I was very happy with the customer service at rack attack in Framingham ma in deciding the type of kayak rack and its installation in particular, I decided on a hullavator. Matt was very patient, despite being very busy, to take time to show me how to do this and watch me do this by myself.”

“when installing the rack into my 2" hitch receiver, the crank arm to tighten the rack to the receiver interferes with the wheels/supports, and the crank arm must be folded inwards, making it impossible to apply torque to tighten the rack to the receiver. As a result, the torque must be applied with the crank folded in effectively eliminating the value of the crank and making it difficult to secure the rack to the receiver. This is a major design flaw IMO.”
