“I am surprised is company is still in business. It is unresponsive, ignore customer orders and their call center seems to be unmanned. And that is when trying to place an order. I can only imagine the nightmare when needing support or returning an order.”

“Unfortunately the owner is ignorant and was downright rude. He spent 45 minutes in an engaging conversation with another customer while I waited patiently to ask a question about adapter mounts for my Yakima kayak accessories. Finally, he acknowledges me waiting. He didn't have any adapters in stock and didn't look at my rack to give advice. Suggested I order some in (pay in advance) and then come back in when they arrive to see if they work. In the meantime he reluctantly agreed to look at my rack but not before starting up with yet another customer while I waited for 10 more minutes. I left in frustration after spending about an hour. Really n o need to be that rude, is there? Popped over to Rack Stop in North Van. Customer service was night and day difference. Much more inventory in stock and courteous and very helpful staff. Problem solved!”

“2nd time getting some rack accessories from them. Very happy with their quick shipment and support. This time I fixed an issue where I was using the old top drips (which attach directly to the rack) which meant my paddles were on either side of the roof rack and when I have the rod box next to the rack one of the paddles was just very hard to reach. Then I found out there is a newer version of the top grips that can go into the t-slots my HD bars have, and the bars have slots on the bottom as well. So, now the paddles are the easiest thing to reach and problem solved.”

“The staff were quite friendly but aside from that the customer service was quite disorganized throughout the whole process of purchasing a roof rack online. Had to chase them down multiple times for payment confirmation’s and shipping information. Everything ended up taking much longer than it needed to.”

“I recently completed and on-line purchase of Thule raised rail mounts and the 150cm (60") Wingbar. I was impressed, that prior to completing my order, they reached out to me to point out that the bars were much longer that the typical length for my vehicle, and wondered whether I had erred, or had deliberatly ordered them. I had in fact ordered the longer bars to accommondate 2 sets of Thule Hullavators and 2 kayaks, which together needed the extra length. The delivery arrived in good order 3 days later.”

“Quick and trouble-free delivery. Price was competitive. I also enjoy that they make instructional YouTube videos about the products they carry. Shows knowledge and confidence about what they sell. I didn't have a need for their after-sales services (warranty, returns and such), but I will update the review accordingly if it gets there.”

“Charles at Rack Attack Frisco was terrific: great outreach, really friendly. He grasped what I wanted immediately and had a super recommendation. Within 20 minutes of getting to the store, I was out the door with my Thule cargo carrier installed, and a thorough walk through. Fabulous customer service from the entire team.”

“Kinda frustrating experience. All worked out, doing their best, but felt like I was getting the run around without their staff truly looking into it. Thule was quite clear with me it would. Rack Attack seemed committed to the fit guide on the Thule website.”
