“I ordered the stuff online without an indication that items were out of stock. I received an email that one of the items was out of stock and should be in stock in a few weeks. I agreed to wait. Around 3 weeks later, I reach out to ask about stock. I'm them told that it is in stock, but another item I ordered was also out of stock. They said it was also out of stock when I first ordered but neglected to inform me. So then I had to wait another week or more. Eventually I did receive all of my items, but the overall experience wasn't very pleasant.”

“Rack works fine but I'm very disappointed with Yakima regarding the free Bookmark part, which did influence me to purchase their rack instead of Thule or Hollywood. I've sent them the invoice information you provided me several times but no response from Yakima. I now see in the fine print, " while supplies last". I guess they have enough $ 1400:00 racks but few $ 5:00 gift parts. So much for trying to buy through a Canadian Company, Rack Attack.”

“The ordering and installtion process was a breeze. We had a hitch installed on our Kia Telluride, then have Thule 4-bike rack put on at the same time. The whole process took about 2 hours and they work perfectly.”

“I purchased my Hitch, Kuat Piston Bike Rack and Hitch Mount Adapter from the Guys in San Francisco location. I was very happy with the customer service, knowledge and friendly service they gave me. They gave me an introduction on the way to load and unload the bike at their shop. If you have fenders on your bike you may need to make some adjustments on your fender or remove them all together. Rack Attack will be my go to place on all things Bike rack needs. Tx...”

“Rack Attack Boise is awesome! ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ They listened to our goals and installed a RetraxPro XR bed cover, a Yakima Overhaul HD/MOLLE rack, and Jay Low kayak mounts on our 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road. “Incompetent and unprofessional. I placed an order 5 weeks ago. I received no comfirmation, no shipping info. No one answers the customer support line and no one retrns phone calls. And then they have the gall to carge my credit card for a product that has not shipped. Dealing with Rack attack is a nightmare, Buyer beware.”
