“I had an outstanding experience with Rack Attack Orange County in Tustin, and I especially want to recognize Andrew for his exceptional customer service. I recently purchased a used vehicle, but the dealership had lost the keys to the roof rail crossbars. I stopped by Rack Attack hoping they might be able to help identify the correct replacement key. Andrew was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and generous enough to let me use the store’s branded master keys to determine the key number for the locks on my crossbars. His willingness to help saved me from having to spend more than two hours driving round trip to the dealership and back. That level of care, patience, and customer-focused service is rare and greatly appreciated. Andrew and the entire Rack Attack team deserve recognition for going above and beyond. I highly recommend visiting Rack Attack Orange County for roof racks, cargo solutions, and all of your travel accessory needs. Their superior customer care truly sets them apart.”

“My wife and I can not say enough good things about the employees at the Boise Rack Attack. We brought in our 2016 Nissan Frontier to purchase an iKamper RTT and a bed rack. We have an uncommon 6 foot bed with no bedrails on our pickup. They put in a TON of extra effort to research, find and install the perfect rack to fit the iKamper RTT. The rack and tent look and work amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”

“I thought I be able to Order the 3 gun racks for My decked drawer System as they were still shown on the add. Evidently they’re not available anymore. I hope at some point they rethink the system and offer these racks again.”

“Things went very poorly. From an initial website snafu that left my order in limbo and required a phone follow up a couple days after submission, to eventually being shipped the wrong product, and now I’m scrambling with local retailers trying to get a rack on in time for a road trip (and, of course the local rack attack is out of stock, and the national team isn’t answering calls on Subdays) Needless to say - they’ve injected way more stress into my trip - when I had hoped for the opposite. Will definitely look to a different retailer in the future.”

“Ordering new running boards from Rack Attack over the phone was easy. Fellow on the other end of the line actually ensured I had the right product for my truck as I was originally looking at boards that would not fit my truck. I was really surprised at how fast they were delivered. I think they were on my doorstep within a week. Pretty easy to install and I like the look. Very happy!”

“The RackAttack website says shipping to Alaska is possible using USPS. But when I tried to order two replacement keys for a Yakima rack the shipping cost was over $60 via UPS Ground. I phoned and was told the only means of shipping to Alaska was UPS Ground, that the postal service was not an option. I did not order the keys from RackAttack - instead I ordered from Amazon Prime with free shipping!”
