“I can't say enough great things about our experience at Rack Attack, and especially about Chris. From the moment we started working with him, Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and accommodating. He took the time to answer our questions, explain our options, and make sure we were getting exactly what worked best for us—not just trying to make a sale. What really stood out was his customer service. Chris genuinely cares that his customers leave happy, and it shows in everything he does. He understands that great customer service isn't about one transaction—it's about building relationships and earning customers who want to come back. That is exactly what he did with us. It's becoming harder to find this level of personal service, and when you do, I believe it deserves to be recognized. “First, before shipping the Saris Superclamp G3 2-bike rack, Rack Attack billed be the Price Match (20%) discount that they had awarded to me. In PayPal, I identified the charge as SCAM and they withdrew the charge, stating that the system that awarded the discount did not register it. Then they shipped a the rack in a box wrapped in plastic. The box arrived with large holes in it, with missing and damaged components. When I reported this, with supporting photos, they never replied. After a week, I contacted Saris who were kind enough to replace the damaged pieces and send the missing ones. I have never had such a dishonourable purchase experience.”

“Need to shore up check-out data. Amount I originally I thought I was going to pay changed when it hit my credit card, it seems as if the sales tax did not calculate when I completed my purchase. Also, I received a couple of emails for a follow-up gift (A küat rack dock) but never received any follow up from Rack Attack.”

“Awesome place!! Super helpful!! I had a rack I had used an older model rack on a new car (oops) and they sorted it and set it up safe and secure!! Friendly and approachable and flexible. They ordered parts from another RA and had me set up in no time when I returned from my trip before I drove back home! Even charged my phone while I waited! Thank you so much!!!”

“We recently purchased 2 E-bikes and needed to buy a new bike rack to handle the heavier E-bikes. We went to the Rack Attack Store in Mpls and found exactly what we needed-a Kuat Piston Ion bike rack. We had great customer service from Jack and are happy we bought the awesome bike rack from Rack Attack. We also got the Kuat Rack Dock product and installed it on a garage wall to store the bike rack when we are not using it. It’s not sitting on the garage floor anymore and is safely mounted on the wall and out of the way. Also it’s much easier to lift and carry from the Rack Dock instead of lifting it off the floor.”
