“I ordered a rack Sept 2 and was told it would take a week It is now Sept 14 with no updates. I was told that I would get the receipt emailed. I called on the 13th and was told someone would get back to me and that they would email the receipt…… nothing has been sent”

“After trying to install the equipment send on my first order , I noticed that it doesn’t fit on my car equipped with roof rails. I made a second order to get the new bars and the proper bars attachments. This new one should be delivered next Tuesday. But I am still waiting to receive a pick up label to send back my first order and get a full reimbursement for this inappropriate roof rack. Please send it to me in the shortest delay”

“This is the first time I order a product at RackAttack. RackAttack indicates in their report "delivered" via UPS ref 1ZB8F4080316819879 at Newcastle, DE. But in fact we did not receive the package (ie a Thule Airscreen XT 52 inch) No answer to my previous messages. My questions are : Where is the package ? Do you have an evidence that the package has been delivered ? document with signature ? Very disappointed.”

“Randy and Daymar at the Carlin Springs, Va location installed a Yakima Sky Peak HD/ Overhaul HD on my truck, August 29. Randy, the manager, went the extra mile to ensure a flawless install. After I had a chance to familiarize with the setup, I returned to ask for a couple of tweaks. The guys, Randy and Cole, last Thursday were more than happy to assist. Excellent service all the way. “Had a Cruze crossbar and Rocky Mount bike racks installed on the naked roof of my Lexus CT200H by Rack Attack Santa Monica this July 2026. In August 2026, the Cruze crossbar came loose from the window channels of my car and the adhesive pads under the Cruze brackets flew off the roof while on a trip from LA to San Francisco with my boyfriend. Our bikes were attached to the Rocky Mount racks on the Cruze bars. The Cruze cross bars nearly slid off of the car completely and could have caused a car accident. When I called the Santa Monica store to ask for assistance, Diego, the staff member, unapologetically directed me to call the San Francisco store to see if I could pick up spare parts to fix the rack as I had driven three hours north of LA and had one hour left on the commute to SF. After the staff member from SF consulted with the Santa Monica store, he told me that the Santa Monica store had reported that the Cruze cross bars are “cheap and not the best quality” and that he would not be able to assist me. The Cruze cross bars are well- reviewed and passed rigorous safety tests and inspections, which leads me to think the installers at Rack Attack Santa Monica were negligent in their installation of the Cruze bars and excused their negligence by calling the product that /they/ sold me cheap. I have totally lost trust in Rack Attack Santa Monica and would not recommend doing business with them, especially if you have a naked roof, because apparently they are incapable of installing compatible designs.”
