“I contacted Rack Attack to install a hitch on my car. Brandon was super helpful in explaining the differences between the hitches and what I needed to ensure the safety of moving an electric wheelchair. I was in and out in less than an hour! Staff was professional and courteous! I would definitely use them again!”

“I left a note when ordering that we needed it to arrive with 2 weeks. During the checkout process it says they would contact me with a shop date before finalizing the order. Several days later I received an email that it would be shipped soon. It still hasn’t arrived. I asked if I could cancel the order since we were already on the trip that we were buying this rack for. They said it was dropped shift and all sales are final. It still hasn’t arrived.”

“I started on Facebook to find out a Kuat Panel Kit was still available. I had to call a couple days later since nobody replied to Facebook. I talked to a salesman who was supposed to verify its availability and its condition. He never called me back. I called the next day and talked to another salesman and he said I just missed him. He was going to contact him and call me back. Never happened. However statement was made it was available. He said the primary contact would call me back on Black Friday, he did not. I left home at 0600 to drive 3 hours to get the panel kit. Nobody called and called after an hour that they were open. Talked to the original salesman. I had to remind about everything, he finally caught on and no apologies. Then he states, sorry it has been sold. I made a 6 hour round trip for nothing. Lets just say this is completely unacceptable and by the phone call I would feel confident in saying this is normal. I know whom I specifically talked with, but doesn't pay to throw them under the bus.”

“Rack Attack was very helpful in helping us choose our new hitch box from Thule. We had an older Thule roof box, but found the hitch box to be much more practical as we could fit our SUV in our garage with the hitch box but not with the roof box. The storage space is amazing, the light kit is appreciated, and we are overall delighted with our purchase and the excellent service from Rack Attack.”

“Recently purchased a Bak Flip tonneau cover for my 2025 Ram 1500. Went to the store on Saturday, ordered the cover. It arrived on the following Tuesday, received a call from store manager Phil. We scheduled an installation appointment for later that day. Arrived at store at appointed time, was met by assistant manager Brandon who actually completed the installation. He completed the installation as well as demonstrating the proper use of the cover and I was gone in less than an hour. Thank you for great service and pricing. Warranty upgraded to 10 years by having Rack Attack complete the installation.”

“Could not be happier with our recent purchase of the monorail. A new bike needed a new rack! Thanks to the helpful staff member who helped me over the phone since the online form kept error-ing on me. He also verified for me that the vehicle would accommodate the rack. The rack arrived in 48 hours and the assembly was a cinch!”

“What's so special about a bike rack for a Jeep Wrangler? In my case, at 84-years old, it can be a game changer. Going to Rack Attack made it special beyond my expectations. The bike rack allowed to me keep riding after a lifetime of two -wheelers, powered and unpowered. Riding on busy streets and roads now feels too risky for me. So, putting my e-bike on a rack and driving to bike paths was the answer. But not just any rack. Nicolas, the assistant manager helped me better understand the various options. We discussed my needs. He asked the right questions and replied with clear answers. And I selected what seemed the best option for me. It was. I love it. Nicolas and his talented colleagues who installed the rack went the extra mile to make sure everything was as it should be and that I understood the operation of the rack. They were there to answer follow-up questions as I began getting used to loading, securing, and unloading either one or two bikes. Rack Attack Skokie is a first-class operation. Quality and service haven't disappeared everywhere. They certainly are alive at Rack Attack. Dr. Barry Kaufman”

“I can’t remember the last time I received such phenomenal service from anyone like I did recently with Cory from the NW Calgary location. The issue was a faulty lock on our Thule ski box. Several people had tried to fix it but to no avail. Cory had the solution and had a new lock installed so quickly. It’s that kind of service that makes people, like me, a lifetime customer of Rack Attack!”

“I am Brigitte, I live in Québec. Purchased a RockyMount Backstage Swignaway bike rack and got into an issu with the pin in the elbow of the swignaway part. I wrote a claim directly to the company based in the USA. They replied that I had to go trough the store that sold it to me. I have been in touch with Layton, 23 times, he was very keen on getting me the replacement part, wich he did, and sent it fast free of charge! I had a very nice experience buying and getting service from Rackattack”
