“Ridgeline tonneau cover was ordered Monday, shipped Wednesday and installed Thursday afternoon; how's that for great customer service. I really appreciate the personal touch from Antonio, the Ecomm Specialist at Denver. He personally emailed me to say that my product was on the way, then sent the shipping information, and followed up when it arrived. In the day of online ordering, personal touches go a long way, and Antonio is an absolute all-star. Because of his service, Rack Attack has a customer for life.”

“I stopped by Rack Attack after visiting two other rack shops in search of parts for my older Yakima Rack. While impressed with the new offerings on display in their showroom, what truly struck me was their knowledge of older racks and their willingness to help. Luke took the time to understand what I needed and found the parts in their inventory. While this was not a major purchase, I am quite sure I will be back when it's time for a new rack. Great customer service!”

“Absolutely horrible will not respond to calls on a order that was placed and will not work on my truck. Bedrack sold will not mount on bed cover and can not get any answers from this company. Supposed to be able to return and no one will guide me in direction to return and get my 1200.00 back. Would not recommend to anyone.”
