“Very disappointed with my purchase and installation didn’t get what I expected then when I raised my issue with the service the installer was dishonest about resolving my issue. When I checked around I should have used U-Haul they would’ve met all my needs. Before using this company shop around”

“Just wanted to share about my experience with Rack Attack last week. First, Sam was gracious in answering questions, the order of replacement keys for my roof rack, and then my issue with hex nuts. If he isn’t a manager or supervisor he should be. He went above and beyond and clearly I am satisfied with the result. Highly recommend this location for prompt, gracious, and courteous service. Ask for Sam.”

“I am enjoying my new roof cargo carrier, however I was expecting an order confirmation but instead just received the package, so all is well. There was a small dent in one of the rail's metal pieces that prevented the roof attachment to go on, but it was repaired with a pair of pliers. Despite the two issues, I am enjoying the cargo carrier.”

“Nice rack and great value for the money but I had to send back as it to high with the ramp design and I couldn't drop the tailgate with rack in down position without it hitting tyhe tailgate. If it works for your set up great value and easy to put together.”

“Ordered a hitch and wiring system with installation and let's just say if something could go wrong ,it did. However, the entire team at the Laird store did everything right. They expedited the delivery, they corrected the errors and they hung in, stayed late and opened early to get it right. Can not say enough good things about these guys. They just do it right. Thanks.”

“I made an online order and found the website to be very intuitive. The website allows you to enter your vehicle information which ensures that the products you choose are compatible with your vehicle. Once I had my products selected, I was able to quickly receive a quote. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Justin and Max contacted me to ensure that everything with the quote was accurate and after a couple of adjustments , we were able to get the order processing. The shipping was also quite reasonable and overall I would highly recommend considering Rack Attack for your vehicle accessory needs!”

“I had a them install 2 Thule Hullavators on my 2019 Rogue. They took the stock Nissan racks off which proved to be an issue as some of the bolts were ceased. They installed the new Thule cross rails after we tried several models to meet my wishes. To be honest I was somewhat picky about the final install. Manny and Seth were great throughout the process. They wanted to be sure I was 100% satisfied. Great job guys. I would absolutely recommend Rack Attack for your rack needs.”
