“Upon placing my order, a RackAttack rep reached out to say the item was discontinued. This gave me an opportunity to order another unit and not miss my trip departure deadline. Curt unit is good and does not make any road noise. Seems well build although when it arrived, it was a little banged up. Had to trim some screws to make it work better. Theres tons of space for stickers too!”

“Ordered a roof rack system with another seller only to find out a week later that it was back ordered. I needed the product quickly. Spoke to Brody who set me up with a Thule Evo fit kit for my Chevy Equinox and he was able to get it to me the next day. Super happy for the help and fast service.”

“Our Yakima roof box had a broken lock and the people at Rack Attack were fantastic. They took great care of us, fixing the lock, taking the box on and off and helping get it better placed on our roof racks. Michael, Zach and Jacob were especially helpful. For sure use these guys.”

“I dropped in to Rack Attack on Laird and Jesin the assistant had my Thule Bike rack mounted to my Thule roof rack in 5 min flat - lovely young guy I want to adopt him lol Rack Attack on Kaird come through again - been dealing with them through two different vehicle ownerships”

“Purchase the Yakima jetstream rack for my 2019 Honda accord. The sales rep was really helpful in helping me choose the parts for my car. Got everything shipped to my house. One item was damaged but customer service was great in helping me replace the part. Great experience.”

“Justin was superb in getting new BaseClips ordered and sent very quickly. When I had an issue with a tower, he shipped a new one right away and was extremely helpful. I've bought my whole system through these folks at Rack Attack Toronto and it's so helpful when you call them and they have access to your whole system. Kudos Justin and the gang!”

“If you like easy parking access, a clean and organized showroom, superior and friendly customer service, knowledgeable employees, straightforward easy to work with people then Rack Attack in Tustin is a “must” for you! They met and exceeded a price quote from another well know company and their installation of my Yakima Timberland towers and crossbars was flawless and timely. “I bought a fit kit from you and paid for faster shipping. IT was supposed to be deliver by a certain date but it was sent back by request of the sender the day it was supposed to be delivered. I had to cancel my trip and was promised a new one would get sent out right away Monday. Instead I was told they were waiting for it to get returned before shipping me a new one. Communication was great until that Monday then no resolution. I finally just cancelled the order and asked for a refund and ordered one direct from thule. Although it may not have been the error of rack attack for the failed first delivery, how it was handled after made me not want to work with the company again.”

“Good, easy experience getting new Yakima rack and some parts for an existing one. Used for bikes, a rowing shell, and a Thule box. Support/help was outstanding. Brian I think was really good dealing with my dumb questions. Highly recommended.”

“I was having trouble determining which cargo box would fit my van. I called the Rack Attack customer service and spoke to Brodie, who was very helpful. Since there is a store that was about a half hour from me, we both decided that it would be best for me to head over to the store and have my vehicle measured to make sure the box I wanted would fit. I went to the King of Prussia location and Brendan, the manager, was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us. He was so polite, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Best customer experience ever! And my new cargo box is amazing. Thank you Rack Attack!”
