“This review covers two recent purchases at Rack Attack- Thule Motion 3 XT Low Cargo Box and the Thule Multilift. The service was great with a knowledgeable and very helpful technical staff member who went out of his way to help me select the right Cargo Box considering my garage door. He also installed it quickly and efficiently. The Motion 3 allows me to drive into the garage and the Multilift allows me to indepentently mount and store the Cargo Box on the ceiling. The box is sufficient for my camping gear and has a low streamlined and beautiful profile. Little windnoise but some increase in gas consumption. Process to mount the box on the car is very straightforward with the excellent design of the hardware. No water got in the box at a spray car wash. The Multilift was ordered one day and delivered the next, between cities. Rack Attack had good inventory for me to choose from.”

“Rack Attack is the best. I was looking for a box to fit atop my 2021 RAV4. I talked to Ryan and he checked all the specs confirming the Thule Force XTXL would fit. They had just sold the last box and ordered one up from another store and installed it for me. Friendly and knowledgeable - highly recommend.”

“They sold me a rack with a base system that was guaranteed to fit my vehicle. It did not. I spoke to them and they told me I needed an adaptor but the adaptor for the systm is not for sale anymore and not being manufactured. They told me to look for it on ebay. So much for the guarantee.”

“The pre-service support is excellent, as well as the online shopping experience. My order kept getting delayed for delivery by UPS, even though it was already in Montreal. Taking one star off for that one, although I understand it’s not in their control. I had to call UPS to put pressure on getting the item delivered. The UPS rep said either the seller or buyer could’ve contacted them.”

“Ryan was extraordinarily helpful!! I had a family tradgedy, no time, and a need to make something amazing happen to my Wife’s vehicle. Ryan made it happen, and managed to answer phone calls and help other customers at the same time. His collegue, Chris, was also very helpful on a seperate occassion. I won’t bother to shop anywhere else for rack accessories next time I am in need. Thank you so much! 6 stars!”

“This is actually the wrong part. The part was $22.99 and it cost me $22.00 shipping. The shipping was highway robbery. I cannot use the part. I’m already out $37.00. Is there any hope of recovering my expenses?”

“The Online Manager Brock was awesome in following up on my order which was weeks late as it had to be submitted to Thule and shipped by Dominion. Despite my frustration that I expressed below, I appreciate the great service of the Brock, the Online Manager in rectifying the problems. OLD REVIEW: The order was delayed several times I’ve still not received it and it’s been weeks since I ordered. Terrible experience in that I called to cancel the order. They agreed to cancel and then two days later said that they would not cancel. Went back-and-forth with them to tell them that I did not Want the product anymore and that nobody would be at the house to receive it and they are still saying they are going to deliver it. It is now 4 to 5 weeks since I ordered and I no longer need it.”

“Excellent experience in ordering during a busy sale period. Manufacture was backordered, so seller offered to issue a refund and invoice me when inventory arrived. The did so and I was a bit slow to move on the invoice once it arrived, but they were patient and honored the original sale price. Shipping and delivery were extremely fast after that.”

“I visited Rack Attack on Oak St in Victoria today asking for help to remover a Thule Car Top Carrier from my car. The carrier had become a problem as it was too tall and I was unable to use the underground parking at my apartment building. I was not a customer and was not there to purchase anything. The gentleman in the store was amazing. He immediately offered to help and went to work to remove the carrier while I waited. Within 15 minutes of arriving without an appointment the car top carrier was removed and placed securely inside my car. I am hugely greatful for all his help and his friendly attitude. There was no charge for the work he did. Thanks so very much for the exceptional service!”
