“The shopping experience at Rack Attack was precise, with clear indication that I was getting the right fit kit for my vehicle. The payment and order processing all worked flawlessly, even though I happened to make the order from my iPhone, rather than desktop computer. The rack and all the required parts arrived well packaged and in good condition, together with Thule's poor instructional pamphlets. These instruction are weak and unclear, in all of the many printed languages, as far as I can tell. And the Rapid Traverse spacing measurement for the rear crossbar in Thule's instructions was off by a centimeter on each side, no two ways about it. After measuring and re-measuring many times on the rear crossbar, I had to adjust the base foot in 1 cm on each side for a good fit. Luckily, Rack Attack's own instructional video on You Tube was excellent, and I'm not sure the install would have gone smoothly without the great video. Between Thule's excellent product quality and Rack Attack's excellent service, this turned out well.”

“Took a lot of time locking and unlocking in place with the aero blade, but I suppose that's what you have to deal with initially. Great product, solid foundation for the Aero blades”
