“Put these on a 2013 Outback with factory oval bars. My last subaru I did the yakima towers and round crossbars. This time around I wanted to see if I could get away with using factory oval bars. Against a lot of reviews Ive read, these saddles are awesome!! They hold the boat as secure as anything Ive seen and they grip and do not budge on the oval bars. Just took a 500 mile trip with a 21ft surfski and felt totally at ease with the ride. Im purchasing another set to replace some J-cradles.”
