“As always, I am very impressed with Thule's workmanship. This is a high-quality rack which attaches solidly to my car's flush-mount roof rails. I am very pleased with it, and would buy it again over any other option on the market. Two very little reasons I did not rate it a 5: 1) The plastic covers came with a plastic plug to attach. It was not clear to me that it had to be inserted a certain way (the instructions provided no indication of this). After fighting with it for a while, I realized I had to rotate it 180 degrees, and it fit just right. Minor frustration that I only deal with once (when installing the rack). 2) The rack sits higher off my roof than I would like. It makes it look a little awkward when it's just a bare rack (looks fine with a box or kayak on it). Purely aesthetic, and does not affect the function at all.”
