“The strap that holds the bike to the frame is too short to hold an e-bike with a battery integrated into the frame. The solution was that upon calling Saris to complain, I was told they sell extra long straps to address this problem. I bought them, problem solved, but if this rack is marketed as an e-bike rack the longer straps should/need to be longer as a stock item. I've made Saris aware of this and was told they were aware if that problem Otherwise, the rack is pretty good.”

“Impressed with reviews and weight capacity for my 2 ebikes. Got it and assembled it. Like the quality and made in USA. The unfortunate news is my bikes didn’t fit with enlarged down tubes and long wheelbases. Returned it to a local Rack Attack and got a rockymounts. Cudo’s to Rack Attack, Tigard store for courtesy and understanding.”
