“I knowingly ordered a bike rack that was in back order. They have me a call to make sure I was aware it was on back order. And the rack came sooner than expected. This is the second time we've had to put together this rack. Make sure to pay attention to the hitch size that you need. Because of the way the locking mechanism works you cannot get 1.25 in rack and use an adapter for 2 in hitch.”

“Great bike rack. Maybe a tiny bit tricky to put together out of the box (instructions are all in pictures—no text), but easy to use once it’s together! It’s easy to get on and off the car, and easy to put bikes on. Took me a minute to figure out how to lock the rack to the car.”

“Easy to put together even though they sent the instructions for a different different bike rack. It took a lot longer for shipping because of the covid lock down, but it arrived none the less. The price from Rack Attack was better than anywhere else, so I am very happy with the bike rack.”

“Product is great so far. Solid materials, feels sturdy and easy to load bikes. Went together really easily however instructions are not great. Can't wait to start transporting my bikes and expanding the network of trails I can ride!”
