“The rack works great for our bikes, however the tire hooks move on rough roads to the point that the rear bike has fallen to the highway on two occasions resulting in major repair costs.”

“The attachment of the bar from the rack to the hitch relies on a pressure dial that is not absolute. It can become loose and the rack can shake out of the hitch and go bouncing down the freeway at 60 MPH. It needs to have a pin that goes in a hole that makes it impossible to shake loose.”

“Very sturdy. Allows for easy bike loading and simple steps to secure them in place. The locking cables could be about 4 cm longer, but still work. Would buy another one without hesitation.”
