“The Thule Motion XT XL Black Cargo Box is not overly heavy and is easily installed on our factory roof rack on our Toyota RAV 4. The box greatly increases our storage capacity. We have used it in heavy rain and it does not leak. Wind noise is not excessive on the HW. As neither of us are tall, we travel with a three-step ladder in the hatch to ease loading and unloading of the box. As with all boxes, beware of height restrictions in parking garages! Assume you will be parking outside, especially if your vehicle is tall to begin with.”

“The Thule box has met all my expectations. It fits a tonne, there’s no wind noise, it’s very easy to take off and put back on and looks good. More importantly I had great service from both the Rack Attack team in Mississauga and the team in Leaside.”

“Love the Thule! Got it for a cross Canada trip last year, and continue to use it in town - just in case I have a spontaneous camping urge! I love it - would give it five stars but I wish it was just a bit taller, so packing it was a little less fussy. A part on it broke last fall and the Rack Attack staff dealt with it so efficiently and easily, replaced the part under warantee and the thing works even better now.”

“Easy to use (even for an elderly couple), storage is great, the cargo box is very sturdy, and sharp-looking. We have used the box regularly for a over a year now and are still very satisfied.”

“We love this size. We were worried it may be too big at first but it sits well on our Lexus RX450h. It holds 4 sets of golf clubs comfortably, or 2 hockey bags and sticks. It is easy to operate/affix tor he car, lightweight enough to be carried by 1 person if necessary and looks good on the car. Only downfall is that the inside of the car is noisier from wind when highway driving, but that is from any object being on the roof, so no fault of the manufacturer here. If you need additional storage this one gives you the most bang for your buck.”
