“It's not just the fat straps, it's The Thule EZ Fold XT rack and their lifetime warranty. The straps make it very easy to attach all size tires and wheel bases. The EZ FOLD hitch rack comes with a ramp but it is too short. I ordered the longer ramp from Thule and I am very satisfied. I can put my 60 lb. E bike on with ease now. Thule has a lifetime warranty. I had an issue with my rack 2 years after purchase. I thought I was out of luck. I.reached out to Thule and they informed me their warranty is lifetime. They determined it need to be replaced. I had my new rack in 5 days. Buy Thule.”
