“It's a great bike rack, and especially easy to move and store with the wheels. Just wish it wasn't quite so heavy, as it is sometimes awkward to lock into place on my car if I don't have an extra set of hands to help.”

“An excellent product. The wheels make moving the rack much easier. The only problem I have experienced, and which needs improvement, is that the curved rod designed to engage the hole in the trailer hitch does not always stay "open" when requested to do so.”

“This is a very well-built rack and it is easy to get on and off the hitch - we don't drive around with it on between bike rides as it obscures the license plate. We have a wide variety of bikes and it can accommodate them all but it can sometimes be a challenge to get the frame arms into the right position. In theory, the arms have a wide choice of where to attach them to the bikes but in the real world bikes have bottle cages, pumps, frame bags etc. which can make this a bit more of a challenge. Thule could probably put a bit more thought in there. But, overall, we are very pleased with the rack.”
