Very easy to use especially with eBikes. Ramp to load bikes is a definite bonus. Variety of ways to clamp on two bikes. Easy to put on/off car hitch. Very sturdy. I feel totally secure with 2 eBikes on it. The only downfall is that it sticks out away from car and does not fold up towards car. Would be nice if Thule could put some sort of ball joint to swing it in towards car when not in use.

Works great for carrying heavy e-Bikes. Locks very securely. The rack is a little heavy to lift up, line up and slide into the tow sleeve of my vehicle. I can mount it alone but an extra pair of hands help a lot.

This is a great bike rack for e-bikes. It is very solid, well made and well-designed. The locking system is excellent I would expect it to be hard to crack. It is heavy, so one needs some strength to mount it and tighten it securely. We haven't used the ramp much but as we get older and it gets harder to left the heavy bikes it will be there when we need it. I highly recommend this product.

Fantastic bike rack that’s easy to put on the car and easy to load your bikes on. Very quick and effortless for those not mechanically inclined and for those who want to avoid clasps and cables.

We have 2 ebikes with fenders so we needed a rack that did not use wheel arms. While the frame connector arms were a bit challenging to get positioned just right, once we worked out the mounting positions, it was easy. When used on our Sprinter van, the rack is some distance from the rear axel, creating lift forces when hitting dips in the road. I was concerned about snapping the rack but no problems after 3 years and over 30k miles of travel. Well designed, engineered, and constructed.
