“I went over a bump on the road and the rack released as if I were putting something in the back of the car damaging one of the two e-bikes I was carrying. I’ve now braced the rack for long distance driving by connecting it to the top of the vehicle.”

“Brilliant design, easy to use and so solid. We have two heavy eBikes and they ride securely. Have traveled from Toronto to many locations including the Laurentians and feel the bikes are safely attached regardless of unexpected potholes. The staff on Laird are very patient and supportive as we were nervous about the weight and checked back in a couple of times to be sure everything was solid. Great company to deal with.”
