Installation is simple, solid, and secure. Operation is slick. I really like the clearance this rack provides. I have a wide vehicle (2014 Pleasureway) and get full access to the rear doors with no interference with the body panels. Other swing-away adapters and racks I've tried did not work.

The product I recommend the most. Every SUV and Van owner we come across asks about it as it solves a real problem. When travelling we now have full access to the rear of our Class B (van), alleys to bring our bikes much more often than we could before.

I like the 120 degree swinging capability of this rack. The release latch stays stuck at times and you need to lift the load a bit to swing to release the locking pin to swing the rack. It’s a solid rack and well constructed. I also appreciate that the hitch receiver on the rack is above the bar which connects to the car giving an extra 2” or so of additional height. I also like the length (width?) of the rack itself as it allows me to fully open my Sprinter doors when swung out. I’m not sure about it’s 250lbs capacity as I’ve seen it binding a bit with much than this quoted maximum. All in all though, it’s doing the job for me.

The pivot is a game changer for long road trips. It allows me to easily get in and out of the trunk all the time and use it as a cooking or sleeping space.

A "must have" for vans carrying bikes. Well made, very stable, secure. We carry 2 ebikes. No issues. No worries. AdamK

Very solid especially if you're using an EV bike. Would be nice if they had some sort of a beeper if you get too close to something because it does extend it out a fair distance.
