“I bought this bike carrier because it is suitable for e-bikes. I have used it three times and our heavy e-bikes are very secure. The carrier is fully adjustable for fat bike tires and regular sized tires. The carrier is very heavy and it takes some effort to install and remove. The prices was reasonable and Rack Attack staff were professional and knowledgeable . I highly recommend this bike rack and Rack Attack.”

“Everything was great the first half dozen trips, then one of my e-bikes that cost me $4000.00 fell off when I was at a highway speed of 90 KPH. Luckily other than a few scrapes and a new fender all is good again. The "wheel saddles" on my rack were set to the very outside of the horizontal square tubing due to the size of my e-bike wheel spacing. The only mechanism that prevents these wheel saddles from coming off the "horizontal square tubing ends" is a thumb wheel on the wheel saddle that tightens/clamps it down on the horizontal square tubing. This doesn't prevent the wheel saddle from vibration when travelling to slip off the end of the horizontal square tubing. This is what happened to me and then my bike fell off. I have since drilled holes through the wheel saddle clamp and horizontal square tubing and installed a pin. This should have been done in the design of the bike rack.”
