“So far so good. If you have vastly different size bikes, I’d buy another set of the tire straps so you don’t have to take things apart to adjust those if both bikes aren’t small. Our front strap needed installed behind the front crossbar to fit the smaller bikes so if we want to throw our mountain bikes on when not using those bikes, the strap will need to be outside.”

“I bought two, one a sealed box and the other an "Open Box" at a small discount ($19, I think it was.) The sealed box was fine but the open box was different than the closed box in several ways. One of the straps for holding the bike wheeels down was defective out of the box but an email to Rack Attack took care of that. Very good service! The other difference was a more minor thing - the color of the brand on the side of the channel was a different color from the sealed box channel. One was white and the other was Red! Oh well, like I said it's a minor thing but it is obviously not a matched set.”
