“This is a great product , providing 4 very sold mounting points on the Jeep Hardtop for installing different rack fixtures. For me, a differenet/excellent option over the steel tube perimeter frame racks offered for the Jeep Wranglers. In my application I was able to adapt a set of older Thule cross/load bars and uprights with out much trouble. Recommend reading through the instructions several times then test fit the internal frame with external fittings to understand/see how they fit together, specifically with the interior contour of the Jeep roof. Also, the instructions include removing the hardtop from the Jeep to do the install, I was working solo, so did not take the roof off. I was able to assemble the system with the roof inplace, for sure removing the top makes good sense and would make things easier. Hope this helps. Thanks.”
