“This was my first PC experience, and what an experience it was. Although it was I who chose this custom, Radium helped in various areas, including confirming which cooler would best suit my CPU. But that's not the best point, I selected the Palit GamingPro 12 GB but received the Infinity 3 of the same brand. Later, I contacted Radium, and they were very reasonable and understanding, admitting the mistake and refunding me immediately. Additionally, the Radium air cooler I originally ordered was out of stock, so they provided me with an upgrade to the EVO 120 from Thermalright. Throughout this mutually frustrating experience, they remained exceptionally professional and empathic. I give them my full Thumbs up.”
