I spoke to the presales team and explained what I mostly use my 10-year-old computer for and what my budget was and relied on them. The new computer arrived a short while later, and we were advised at each stage what was happening. The day it arrived was both exciting and a little frightening. I spent the afternoon loading programs, etc. Then the moment of truth arrived. With the domestic manager and financial appropriation manager watching, I used the computer to try to do something Fortunately, all went well. However, turning it off was another story. We contacted support and had a reply. Yes, the reply offered simple, yet effective action. Very happy and grateful to the team for looking after my needs”

“Very good PC, had a question though. On the Tiktok preview on the pc (Arrow LVL X) it shows it can run 300 fps in fortnite performance mode, but I only get up to 180, is that an issue with the PC? But overall can run multiple games and is a great PC to start on. Recommend it alot.”
