The new computer arrived a short while later, and we were advised at each stage what was happening. The day it arrived was both exciting and a little frightening. I spent the afternoon loading programs, etc. Then the moment of truth arrived. With the domestic manager and financial appropriation manager watching, I used the computer to try to do something Fortunately, all went well. However, turning it off was another story. We contacted support and had a reply. Yes, the reply offered simple, yet effective action. Very happy and grateful to the team for looking after my needs
