“Basically it is all about communication. The next day after I made to purchase of this device, I urgently sent a email to the Radium PC, requesting the colour green to be added to the inner part of the PC, this product being a surprise Christmas present for our son from SANTA.
I sent it on the 21st of November at 13:16hrs.
I thought being a quick email to the “contact email” address on the business website, I thought it could be added before being sent to us yesterday.
I thought my quick reply/email to the business regarding the colour request. There was NO response from the business. If it could be done or not. I was prepared to paid for it, but no communication from anyone.
The device has arrived yesterday fully boxed (I have not opened it) as it is a Christmas present from Santa. So I have no idea if the device has got green light in it or not or if it works. No doubt it will work, but it is all about adding the colour of green to the device.”

However, we did notice that you left a two-star review based on a colour-change request sent during the busiest time of the year. Your email was sent on Friday, 21 November, and our support team does not operate over the weekend this is why you did not receive an immediate reply before the system was shipped. Regarding the green lighting request: the internal RGB lighting on our PCs is fully customizable by the customer at home. You can easily change the colours, including setting it to green through the software once the PC is unboxed. No additional hardware installation or fees are required.
