They had an issue linking my order to their notification system, so I didn't get any updates for three weeks.
It was a very long wait in general, though I did order on Black Friday, so that was somewhat expected.
EXPO wasn't enabled out of the box, so the RAM wasn't being fully utilized.
The BIOS wasn't up to date, which I think is why my 9800X3D isn't getting the best scores in Cinebench R23 or performing as well as it should in production tasks. I’m currently working with support to get this sorted.
I would still recommend ordering from them, just maybe not a big sale.”
