Now that I have that out of the way, I just want to say that Radium PCs has amazing customer service! I must have called them several times and they helped me. The build is very good and quality like this is so expensive where I live in Queensland. I was initially worried about it being shipped but my pc was safe with all the extra care they took. If I lived close enough I would definitely buy you a round at the bar.

“Good price for build, but some things needed fixing. front-top fan did not work, i needed to reinstall all drivers, and quiet a couple loost screws and parts. I think these PC's should be packed more securely and a full test to make sure everything is in working order. Overall, specs are not bad for price. Just needs to be taken care of more when being build. i hope to hear from Radium PC's again soon.

“Impressive build quality and I'm really happy with the way everything was put together. Only minor hiccup was that the bluetooth component failed to connect to any of my devices and I'm not sure if that was a hardware or software issue since a lot of people from my google searches have also talked about problems with theirs and Win 11 in the past. Thankfully I already had a bluetooth dongle in hand as a replacement and with it, I could connect to my devices no problem. The whole thing was a huge upgrade to our old computer setup so I'm really happy with it.”
