“i'm a bit too old for traditional pc gaming so i was after a prebuilt basic machine only for cs2 and fm and some software. pricepoint wise, most of these companies have similar offers.
chose radium (great marketing) and placed my order. few days later, followed up. there was a mishap with one of the components so they had to downgrade the setup a tiny notch (from amd ryzen 5600 to amd ryzen 5500gt or something like that).
didn't mind.
however, the delivery was getting delayed. then they stepped up and showed exceptional customer care and upgraded the delivery method from regular auspost to express. even chucked in a freebie (a razer set: headset, keyboard, mouse) which was quite generous on their end!
probably i won't buy another pc for another 10 years (my last pc experience being in 2013) but when i do, i will definitely find these guys again.

But website says dispatched within 8-10 days, it took 3 weeks before mine was dispatched. even after I reached out, I was told that it would be sent out on the 6th but it wasn't sent out until the 14th. Overall the pc is good, but the customer service wasn't as great.”
