“Beautiful dress, well packaged, prompt shipping, however, I wish I'd known this ran large and I should size down. She was unable to wear it for the photo shoot I rented it for and we had to scramble last minute to find an alternative. The size 3 was WAY too big on my larger than average 3 year old. It hung too low on her chest and was all round too big on the upper part of the dress. It would be helpful if the items were labeled as true to size, runs large or runs small. The owner did provide measurements but unfortunately that didn't reflect the areas where this dress was too large on my daughter. $50 wasted for the dress, crown and S/H for nothing, the stress of finding a local alternative and then an extra trip to return to UPS. I would still rent again bc they have a wide selection but will be more adament about getting a definet response on the way the particular dress I'm renting runs.”
