“I loved this dress and it was beautiful on my daughter. The only thing is she had it on for maybe 5 minutes and a bunch of beads came off. I guess one of the strings were loose. The dress still looked the same and I tried gathering the beads that were lost to mail them back. I hope I don't get charged for the defect. I just wanted to let someone know. Other than that I still loved the customer service and both dresses I rented were perfect for my kids' photo shoot. I'll definitely be renting again!”
