“Very pretty shrug, but arrived late, and stressed out our whole family, especially my kids who waited at the door the whole day! The company is not willing to make changes to better their policies to satisfy their customers and to prevent stressing out families right before their very important events. I gave the item 5 stars, because it really is amazing, but I would never rent from Rainey's closet again.”
