“I love the sheen of the clear satin, as well as how long it protects my murals. However, only having a 1 1/2 - 2 hour working time is very stressful, especially when I’m rolling the product on. I believe I read that the coverage is 300-400 sq ft. My mural was 360 sq ft and I still had half the can left. Because it took me 2 hours to cut in and roll the sealant, I was surprised that I still had half a can left! I was tempted to apply a second coat, but knew that the product would congeal soon. And sure enough, in 20 minutes, the sealant did congeal in the can. I really wish that there wasn’t a time limit, as I could have made better use of the product by applying it twice. Sometimes the high cost can be prohibitive to my clients.”
