“Right out of the box, the unit could not connect with my iPad. Called tech support at sky golf and after a troubleshooting session, they told me to send it back to them. I sent the unit back on 1/4, they received it on 1/8. I called them on 1/10 to ask when I could expect to receive it back and they said it depends on how busy they are. Not what I wanted to hear. Anything you could do to speed up the process would be appreciated. My account with sky golf is under my email address which you should have on file.

Unfortunately, SkyTrak directly handles most support claims, troubleshooting, warranty replacements, etc. I wish that we could offer more assistance with this but SkyTrak directly can remotely tap into your unit, see what issues you are having, and get you up and running as soon as possible. “Setting up the Skytrak using the direct link to my Windows computer was very easy but I gave up on trying to establish a connection through my phone via my wireless network.
The metrics displayed from the simulator appear to be accurate. My athletic son had a 210 yard seven iron but my furthest seven iron is 155 yards, consistent with my performance on the course.”
